
Birdwatching with Bob @ High Falls State Park
Join Bob Sargent, Georgia DNR’s Program Manager of Wildlife Conservation, for an “Introduction to Birdwatching” at High Falls State Park. Bob is the agency’s lead for the conservation of raptors, including bald eagles and peregrine falcons. He has served as president of the Georgia Ornithological Society, adjunct professor at 3 universities, and Natural Resource Manager at Robins Air Force Base. Come prepared to do some walking and lot’s of learning! You don’t need any experience to participate in this exciting workshop. Just bring binoculars and enthusiasm!
