Farm Heritage Day at Jarrell Plantation

See the Jarrell Plantation farm come to life with an antique tractor display and demonstrations of farm skills like blacksmithing, woodstove cooking, spinning, weaving, and more. Tours of the original plantation house will be offered throughout the day. Visitors can also walk the grounds which includes over 20 original farm buildings, farm animals, a garden, and a mill complex. All of our special events require an event admission rate that is different to normal admission for self-guided tours. The historic site covers a half mile of walking up and down hill. Many of the historic structures require the use of stairs to see inside.
