A mixed media project created by Denise Buff and her art students, Celeste Taylor and Ava Walker. The metal kite was fabricated in collaboration with Al Burruss Correctional Training Center. This project was funded in part by a Georgia Council of the Arts Vibrant Communities Art Grant.
